A unique and complex organization that provides a cutting edge service for seniors, which reconnects them with families and manages at-home health.The Care Counsel is the marketing arm of "I Am Connected," a seperate project that we are developing for Care Counsel, which provides an awesome interface for connecting seniors with their peers and families. 

The Care Counsel also introduces a medical management system to help seniors stay at home longer and maintain their independence. The website we designed for Care Counsel provides all marketing literature and a lead to their primary online services.
